May 6 marks the Coronation of King Charles III and the Royals are celebrating with a Coronation Quiche! Quiche is wonderfully versatile and can include whatever fillings you enjoy – cheeses or goat cheese, bacon, leeks, smoked fish, fresh spring veggies, cooked sausage or meats, herbs, or any of these in combination.
