The 2026 BC Egg Conference & Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place February 26–27, 2026, at the gorgeous Fairmont Hotel Vancouver, bringing together egg producers, graders, industry stakeholders, and legislative representatives from across British Columbia and Canada.

This year’s theme, “Shared Solutions: Collaboration in BC’s Egg Industry,” emphasizes the importance of working together to strengthen resilience, address challenges, and prepare for the future of egg farming in BC.

Welcome Reception & Trade Show Vendor Booth – $400  

This year, our Welcome Reception and Trade Show will feature a competition-fueled game of trivia! We’re inviting our vendors to join us from 4-6 pm on Thursday, February 26 for an afternoon of fun as we welcome our guests to our 2026 event. Vendor spots are limited so register early to avoid disappointment.

We’re asking each Trade Show Vendor to host a trivia station, engaging guests with a challenging trivia question and rewarding their successful answers. Your Vendor booth has a table for your vendor display and room for up to a 10′ wide backdrop (free standing only, please). We encourage you to have fun with our theme and to decorate your table. If you have questions or need inspiration, please contact our BC Egg Communications team.

Your vendor fee includes admission to the Welcome Reception for two staff to manage your booth. Should you require additional staff support, we ask that you purchase “Welcome Reception Only” registration through our general Event Registration access. 

Please note that your Vendor Booth fee does NOT include regular registration to the full Conference & AGM event, or meals.
