Registration closes at noon on Tuesday, February 18, 2026.

Refunds and Transfers

Refunds – minus a $25 administration fee — are available until Wednesday, February 18, 2026.  After that date, no refunds are available; however, you can transfer your registration to a colleague until Friday, February 13, 2026. Please note that a $25 administration fee will be charged for any transfers.  After Friday February 13, 2025 no refunds or transfers will be available for registrants.

Limited Late Registration

Limited late registration may be available on-site at the discretion of BC Egg staff. If on-site registration is available, it will be subject to an additional $100 administration fee.  Full payment must be made via cash or credit card when registering on-site. No cheques or alternate forms of payment will be accepted. BC Egg reserves the right to refuse on-site conference registration. Please plan ahead and register prior to February 18 to avoid disappointment.
