Delegates love to receive small gifts and information from sponsors in their conference bag. Popular items include pens, key chains, notebooks, hand sanitizer, branded chocolate or candy, and non-alcoholic snacks or drinks.
Sponsors may also include a one-page printed insert (postcard or brochure) describing their company and services.
The cost of the gift item and insert is the responsibility of the sponsor. All items must be pre-approved by BC Egg and delivered to our office by the July 31st, 2026.
