Kids can Ask an Egg Farmer with a video!

June 17, 2020

This promotion is now closed.

However, if you have a question for a BC Egg Farmer, please email us at BCEMB@bcegg.com.

Hey Kids!

Get your parents’ help, and send us your selfie-video with a question for our farmers! Don’t forget to tell us your name, just like Alexis and Danica in the video above.

Hey Parents!

Real-life egg farmers right here in BC want to answer your child’s questions about their chickens and their farms.

Every year our BC egg farmers like to meet you all at events and fairs, such as in the animal barns at The PNE and Abbotsford Agrifair. Everybody—especially young folk–asks lots of questions about the eggs they eat, and the farms those eggs come from. Unfortunately, most Fairs are cancelled this year. So, because we won’t get to meet you all in person in 2020, we want to hear from your kids by video!

Send us a selfie-style video with your kids’ eggy or farmy question and please make sure your child introduces themselves (first name only is just perfect)!

Ever wondered?

  • Why are eggs different colours and sizes?
  • What does a real egg farm look like here in BC?
  • How many chickens does a farmer have?
  • … Or something else?

Ask us!

We will post your child’s video-question right here on our website with a video-reply from a real BC egg farmer.

We will also share them on our Facebook, Instagram and Twitter feeds so everybody can see your child’s question and the farmer’s answer!
