The end of summer is always a busy time of year for BC Egg. This year, BC Egg took their “Ask an Egg Farmer” exhibit to three fairs over the month of August: the Abbotsford Agrifair, the Armstrong IPE and the Vancouver PNE.  We also sponsored the “Buy BC: Chef’s Stage at the Chilliwack Fair, and worked with Chef Dez to showcase some fantastic egg recipes. We greeted thousands of guests with facts about egg farming in BC and introduced 39 farmers (and 30 laying hens!) to BC consumers. Here are a few of our favourite #BCEggAtTheFair highlights.
