We’re proud to be a supporter of the Abbotsford Food Bank. Yesterday, BC Egg staff helped sort 6 pallets of food for the Food Bank at their warehouse location.

The Food Bank always welcomes donations, but often time is what’s in shortest supply. An evolving relationship with Save-On-Foods means that every morning the Food Bank’s downtown location is flooded with perishable meats, dairy and vegetables that need to be unloaded, sorted and stored very quickly.

If you’ve got spare time between 8 and 10 in the morning, consider a “donation” of helping hands, to get these perishables to those who need them most.
