Just me. How long have you been egg farming?
I've been farming for 27 years, but only egg farming since 2017. Do you raise any other livestock or crops on your farm?
My family is currently milking 105 dairy cows and we harvest corn, alfalfa, grass, and barley. What is your favourite part about being an egg farmer?
My favourite part about being an egg farmer is all the technology we get to use day to day and how it is evolving so rapidly
and becoming so efficient. Why did you choose the production type you use?
I chose organic because I feel like it is the fastest growing market and I love the way the chickens are raised on an organic farm. What would you like consumers to know about egg farmers/egg farming?
I would like to consumers to know that we take pride in our work we love what we do and we want to provide everyone a local
delicious product. What does being an egg farmer mean to you?
Being an egg farmer means everything to me. It is my livelihood, I love what I do and I wouldn't change it for the world. Who is your feed provider?
